Dear Colleagues!

Undoubtedly, the main priority of ShalkiyaZinc LTD JSC is to ensure the safety and health of our colleagues. This is not just compliance with legal requirements, but also our moral duty to employees, representatives of contractors and society. It is important to us that our employees return home safely every day to their families, healthy and unharmed! Caring for people and the environment is the basis of our business and this is not just a slogan!

Our concept is to carry out activities without causing harm to ourselves and others.

We are convinced that:

• All injuries and occupational diseases are preventable;

• To prevent injuries and accidents, the personal contribution of each of us is required;

• There is no important task or job that cannot be completed safely.

Everyone knows that compliance with labor protection, industrial safety,

environmental protection (HSE) is the personal responsibility of each of us.

Do not be afraid and do not hesitate to warn about dangers and violations. We are always ready to listen to everyone and take all measures to prevent injuries and accidents. After all, the most effective work is SAFE WORK!
