On November 23, 2016, a training session was held at the mine of “ShalkiyaZinc LTD” JSC on extinguishing a conditional fire in the mine, as well as emergency evacuation of personnel on the ground. In the course of the training, the algorithms of emergency rescue services and joint actions of workers in the event of an accident were checked. During the training session, representatives of the emergency and rescue service branch of “ShalkiyaZinc LTD” and КААКК РОСХ LLP, “Kingka Mining Construction” LLP, “Sherif-H” LLP, representatives of the relevant government agencies, “Tau-Ken Samruk” JSC and “Samruk- The employees of the contracting organizations of JSC “Kazyna” participated.

After the training session, a technical meeting was held at the mine, the level of preparedness of all services for potential accidents was discussed, and the importance of preventive measures, including monitoring the technical condition of equipment and training workers in the field of industrial safety, was noted. Disaster drills were generally well received.
