On October 23-24, 2023, on the occasion of the “Republic Day” national holiday, the Society organized sports games in 6 sports under the motto “Healthy – healthy soul”:

1. Mini football;
2. Volleyball;
3. Table tennis;
4. Tug of war;
5. Be straight;
6. Armwrestling.

“ShalkiyaZinc LTD” JSC, “SKZ-U” LLP, Shalkiya KAACC, team of youth council of “TauKen-Samruk” NTC JSC, “Sherif-N” LLP, Shalkiya village mayor’s office, “Kyzylkum” LLP, ” Workers of Baiken-U LLP, Kingka Mining LLP and youth team of Shalkiya village participated.

After the end of the 2-day sports day, the Deputy General Director of the Society Suyindik Yurzhanuly Asan congratulated the winners and particularly active participants of the sports day and held an award ceremony.

Winners were awarded in individual sports such as table tennis, arm wrestling, mini football, volleyball, tug-of-war and streetball.

According to the results of the sports event, the following teams were recognized as winners:

• team of “Kyzylkum” LLP in junior football;
• in volleyball – the team of “Kyzylkum” LLP;
• team of “Kingka Mining” LLP on tug-of-war;
• on streetball – “SKZ-U” LLP;
• on table tennis – Magzhan Shardarbekov (“SKZ-U” LLP);
• arm wrestling among men + 80 kg – Mukhtarkhan Karibay (youth team of Shalkiya village);
• arm wrestling among men – up to 80 kg – Gabit Mutash (“ShalkiyaZink LTD” JSC);
• women’s arm wrestling + 65 kg – Gulvira Biimbetova (“Baiken-U” LLP);
• women’s arm wrestling – up to 65 kg – Zhanar Mysyrkhanova (“Kyzylkum” LLP).
