On the basis of the instruction dated 23.10.2023 "On the procedure for servicing and organizing traffic on the access road of JSC "Shalkiyatsink LTD" at the Zhanakorgan station of the Kyzylorda branch of JSC "KTZ-Cargo Transportation", approved by the director of the branch of JSC "KTZ-Cargo Transportation" Kyzylorda branch of the State Enterprise", as well as in accordance with the Contract No. 1/109 for the supply of The daily processing capacity of this access road is up to 130 cars per day, and cleaning of wagons on the access road of JSC "ShalkiyaZinc LTD" is established.
The size of a one-time supply of wagons to the access track is no more than 20 empty or 13 loaded wagons. The weight of the train should not exceed 1263 tons.
30 cars with two locomotives are allowed to be served on the access track.
On the access road, the total technological turnover time for all cars is set at 4.6 hours. Permissible speed of shunting movements on the access road, no more than 25 km / h.
The average throughput capacity for all sections is 120 cars/day or 8400 tons / day.
The actual average load for the active period of the previous year is 40 cars/day.
In accordance with these passport characteristics, the technological capacity of the access road per car / km is equal to: (24 hours /4.6 hours (turnover time)) * 13 cars in the composition * 40 km * 365 days a year = 990 261 cars/km per year
